I have always experienced emotions and compassion for others very deeply, and so from a very young age felt drawn to supporting others to help them feel less alone on their journeys, as I once felt on mine growing up as an adopted individual, and someone who really struggled with my self worth, my ability to trust others and my sense of safety in relationships.
Drawing from my own personal experiences and healing journey, my many years of study and training to become a Psychologist, and my deep belief that we are far more alike than we realise, has shaped me to into the Psychologist I am today and the values I hold at the core of my work. I pride myself on the warm, compassionate and safe space I provide for my clients to gently support them through the distress and challenges they are carrying to help them heal, find peace, and live their happiest, most fulfilled lives.
